Sponsored walk 2012, in support of the LGI to help with the diagnosis and treatment of leukaemia

I’m organising this years sponsored walk again in aid of the LGI and in particular the wards that cared for John Moore throughout his illness. The route will be around ten miles again but this time it will take us via Boston Spa, Clifford, Bramham, Thorp Arch and back to Wetherby. I think there are about 11 pubs on route so no worries there!! I’ve got all the sponsor forms again so I’ll give you them as and when. Please try and attend as I want to get more than 40 people taking part and also try to beat last years total of £1880 which we raised! The event is taking place on Saturday, 4th August with a 10am start at Wetherby Sports Association. There will be a BBQ at the club on our return.
